What are the check in and check out times?
The arrival time is 4pm onwards and departure time is before 10am.
Can I cancel or change my dates?
Yes, if you need to cancel or amend your booking, you’ll find our email address in your booking confirmation email where you can contact us directly. Alternatively, you can call our team on 01328 801815 and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I access the property?
You’ll receive arrival instructions and your unique entry code before your stay.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we welcome one well-behaved dog per house for a fee of £25. If you wish to bring an additional dog, please contact us in advance, as in some cases we may be able to accommodate this.
Is parking available?
Yes, 2 spaces per property with electric charging facilities if required.
